It offers a lot more customizations for invoicing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is affordable. It has a very user-friendly interface. For service-based businesses, it makes it easier to send proposals, invoices and receive payments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lacks inventory management.

It is a great software for small businesses since it is affordable.

The full invoice customization ability it offers to the users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is cloud-based. It is very easy to use especially in our service-based business, it makes it easy to send proposals and invoices, request deposits, collect client retainers, track time on projects, and receive payments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It doesn't have an inventory management feature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For anyone who will be looking for easy to use software, I would recommend this product.

What differentiates FreshBooks from other similar products?

The fact that it is a hosted platform, it is simple to share links for reference to my tax service people for access to any numbers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integrations with other web services like Gusto help the handoff of tracking of payroll.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Their mobile app is good but does not work well for some features

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Freshbooks is easy to set up, customize and you can send invoices via email and get paid electronically. If they send you checks you can send them into your bank, log the checks and close out invoices.
