What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

We were able to acquire a clearer picture of how to achieve our sales quotas with the assistance of Freshsales. The executives have been able to get their work done faster, and the notes section contains all the information they need to successfully close the account.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When it comes to managing your business development leads, Freshsales is an excellent customer relationship management application. It can display a transactions pipeline for numerous industries at once. It's useful to keep track of the offers that are "hot," "warm," and "cool."

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is a customer relationship management system for the sales team. because of this, you cannot handle your orders, invoices, or reports. We have enough for a complete sales cycle.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Phone and chat system in one convenient package. in order to centralize the management of all sales channels and the distribution of leads to sales managers. That makes it simple to implement and oversee your whole sales force.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

It's easy to learn and implement, and it offers all the fundamental features of a customer relationship management system. The user interface is well-organized, and finding specific information on a lead requires minimal effort thanks to the clear separation of screens. You can see which agreements are likely to be finalized in the upcoming month with the help of the deals pipeline.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our sales and marketing departments benefit from being able to create customer lists and see those lists using predetermined filters. This allows them to rapidly notify a large number of potential consumers and existing ones of important developments, keep tabs on those contacted, and respond appropriately. Our ability to accept online chats while simultaneously pursuing sales transactions is a further benefit of integrating with Freshsales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We had trouble keeping up with the CRM's procedures and settings as more data began to flood in. A minor adjustment to our sequencing throws everything off.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use Freshsales to better manage our interactions with customers. We've been using Freshsales for the past three to four years, and as a small company of six people, it's been invaluable for our marketing, sales, and customer success efforts.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

UI and breadth of features are amazing. Brought in so many features that it is not required to buy more tools and solutions for the sales and marketing process (eg: telephone, SMS, meetings, quote, and contract management)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interface is so cool and works without lag. Importing and exporting data is quick. Telephone and SMS Chatbot in website

What do you dislike most about this product?

No direct integration with Linkedin The sales team should be more proactive

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cost-effective CRM and comes with a lot of features. Highly recommended for startup and mid-market segments. Not for large enterprises.
