What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and offering the greatest automated marketing services is Freshsales. Freshsales Classic, an online cloud-based CRM, provides functions including integrated phone and email, user activity tracking, lead scoring, and more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To be honest, nothing. They might have access to some additional features. But eventually, they'll pay attention to it. Currently, the program is brand-new. Adding color modifications to their career page may be quite helpful. However, I suppose it is a benefit you are receiving from other projects.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Utilizing the software is quite simple. It's what we appreciate most about FreshTeam. Information entry and management for each candidate is simple and quick. The dashboard is highly clear and easy to use. Ideal for hiring managers and recruiters who want to monitor each step of the process in detail.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

It is easy to setup, understand and kickoff new projects. Straight forward no nonsense CRM, that is well thought out. Not clunky like how some other product could be. For a company scaling from 0, this is the CRM to start and grow into.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simplicity of how accounts, contacts and leads are mapped. Easy UI and regular updates on features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Could be faster. When there is a lot of data in the platform, it could struggle with reporting and just the general speed of getting things out.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely test it out end to end. The new version performs way better than what it used to be. Having a suite of products along with it from Freshworks also makes it easier to scale.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

Freshsales is a comprehensive salesforce tool for sales teams. It gives a salesman all they need to generate quality leads, participate in meaningful discussions, drive transactions with Intelligence insights, and maintain client relationships. Freshsales, with created email, call, conversation, and phone, gives salespeople more time to sell by streamlining the sales process by increasing efficiency and productivity in their everyday operations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Freshsales since it has two versions, both premium and free, and they both perform well. Another plus is the app; it absolutely works and can be used even if you only have the free version. This smartphone app's primary role is to follow up with possible clients. The product's UI is incredibly simple to use; it has ergonomically designed and is highly intuitive; you don't need to be a tech guy to comprehend it. I can simply schedule a Zoom time to discuss my requirements and obtain assistance with the procedures. This has helped me grasp what the system is able of and has enabled me to automate several procedures for my firm.

What do you dislike most about this product?

FreshCRM's main flaw is that it is not particularly user-friendly. There is just so much 'unknown activity' with the tool that I frequently have to redo things. And there are times when things are fixed and I must devise a solution. I also have my doubts that they have email deliverability difficulties, particularly when delivering email campaigns and schedule emails, but they continue to deny it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When you're prepared to explore or hunt, this is a vital fully - featured CRM system and a fully affordable deal that you should consider for your business. I assure you that this is the correct way if you want to organize data while also providing excellent customer service. It is suitable for all types of B2C enterprises, regardless of size. You can still use your services via the mobile application.
