What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

It's a fully customizable app so I was able to change tye dashboards to suit how we view our contacts and other data. There are customizable contact life cycle stages so we are able to see where each contact is in the customer journey

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workflow automations for our sales team so they get to set up welcome emails, renewals and reengagement outreach to send automatically, and all the features that make it easier to nurture leads at the right time without manual effort

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bit a tedious process to do analysis on large datasets and the solution can do better if they can easily provide reports directly from a sales pipeline

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy-to-use platform providing a great entry-level tool and as your business grows, you can upgrade to one of the paid plans for more usability, and you can integrate it with other Freshworks products to get a more robust solution

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

It’s really easy to use. Automation of their Sales Sequence where we can send an email to users once the contact is formed or the standing is changed. It mechanically sends the mail to contacts. It reduces hands and is so easy to create.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It’s a platform that supported sales automation and managing potential clients, it permits us to grasp the interaction of the clients, and their marketing information and to know the worth that it can have for the industrial processes and this helps us to know everything concerning the clients, potential customers and helps to search out new customers, except giving options to establñish a better use, it contains a well-structured calendar, customized chats, sales arguments and updates with an administrator for the campaigns, it conjointly encompasses an affordable cost with time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They have so many options but what I dislike is once I write a mail from fresh salespeople who are in cc, their contacts are conjointly created within the CRM. Therefore I even have to delete them manually.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s an awfully smart service to use as a management tool for your work groups as a result it helps you supply them an easy, straightforward and safe use, it offers them functions wherever they will work without any drawback and you’ll be able to offer them benefits, and this assist increases your organization relationships and offer better alternatives to your potential customers.
