What differentiates Freshservice from other similar products?

It is easy to deploy and also easy to use. The integration options are many. The in-class gamification features are great. Customization is allowed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the favorite aspect is the ability to monitor assets in the organization and know who is using and in charge of which assets. Adding assets onto the platform and keeping track of them is an easy task. I also love that Freshservice is on a regular basis improving the product , adding new features and improving on the current ones. The UI is simple and clean and eay to use. Freshservice is affordable while at the same time providing great and efficient functionality. The barcode scanner is helpful when adding and or updating assets in the organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing w have found to dislike concerning Freshservice.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

FreshService provides both asset management and IT service desk Support so it is a two in one , functional and efficient , the features work perfectly and they deliver on their promises. It is affordable without compromising the functionality of the features. I highly recommend FreshService.
