What differentiates Freshsuccess from other similar products?

Rule assignment is robust. Reporting is unique and easy to export.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ticket automation rules are quite helpful in assigning the tickets to the right POC. When there are too many agents involved, these rules can be very helpful so the productivity is not hampered.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Making changes in the rule is extremely difficult as there are multiple variables involved. Also, marking agent's attendance for ticket assignment can be tricky at time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a lot of product demos and ask the right questions to see if you actually need it. We took it with proper assessment but when it was finally implemented and live, we used it for 2 years before finalizing that we do not actually need it because there is a lot of issue in managing mails and ticket between gmail and freshdesk.

I love how modern and "fresh" it feels. I am able to easily help customers without making my site look outdated.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how customizable it is. I really need to be able to make things look & work how I want for my business and with FreshDesk I can.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a simple, clean, robust, modern, and easy to use CRM, look no further!

What differentiates Freshsuccess from other similar products?

Very useful for performing and managing daily sales activities. Provide comprehensive information that helps us optimize and improve sales performance. Easy to use and helps in filtering the leads with many options. So we can channel potential customers according to our needs. It gives notifications if our server crashes or something like that, and provides all the details about the server in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love their easy-to-use workspace where I can easily find a tooltip for what it means. While it was possible to quickly set up the entire system on any platform, I had to add my mailbox like Gmail, from which it automatically added my contact email to the sales dashboard. I also get a good response from their support team every time I text or call them for help. They used to solve problems with passion and speed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost-effective for small businesses but difficult to integrate with Freshcaller and Freshdesk. Reports occasionally overflow with undesirable attributes when exported to an Excel sheet, but assistance can usually fix this for you right away.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Freshworks is a great customer service toolkit packed with features, customizability, great branding, and a dedicated account management team ready to help. They all have free plans and free trials of their top plans. In particular, Freshworks has a lot of great integrations (like all Freshworks products) that alert you through one of these methods.
