What differentiates FXCM from other similar products?

The customer support is beyond knowledgeable which is preferred over courtesties/niceties. More features and customization than any other product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How user friendly it is and how quickly our team got onboard with it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Wide array of features but some hiccups in how the customizations work together, but not a major pain point.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
