Its deep Salesforce integration and easy multi-channel feedback collection make it stand out. It connects customer responses directly into workflows, which many other tools don’t do as seamlessly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The survey builder is very user-friendly. I can create and launch branded surveys quickly without needing technical help.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting feels limited. Export options are basic, and advanced analytics aren’t as strong compared to some competitors.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your organization uses Salesforce heavily, this tool is a great fit. But if you need advanced analytics or are budget-conscious, compare it with a few alternatives before deciding.
