What differentiates GO Platform by Allego from other similar products?

Allego makes it easy for our organization to quickly and effectively move and disseminate valuable and timely training and education material across divisions and sales teams. We employ it in four main ways: providing product training to sales teams, distributing it. Recording and capturing footage of live sales meetings and conference calls. Assisting managers and evaluating the work of sales teams. Interview high caliber salespeople to collect successful selling habits and techniques to share with others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer Success Team is helpful in supporting our initiatives and obtaining best practices. Provides an archive of material that users can visit and revisit, and can be used to develop ongoing skills. It allows information to be captured and shared quickly and easily with sales teams on the move. It has been touted by new employees as the best tool for learning about products and people. Although difficult to quantify, the feedback they receive from experienced sales people helps them stay up to date without reading emails, as they can passively listen to the content.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Making users' videos easier to edit. Ability to trim, cut and paste. Finding and organizing videos requires spending time. May be able to increase automation on the front end of this. When more files are added, it can become very complicated, so constant "clean up" is needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You get what you put into an Allego. We are a team of two people who have other professions in addition to our work. Allego requires a content controller, as we will not create content without it and we will not allow people to film videos without the intervention of a third party. Although the software is simple to use, it needs to be planned and executed manually to ensure that the content is consistent. If you manage your content calendar well and plan and hold subject matter specialists, as well as sales management, accountable, you will result in a platform that benefits all users.
