What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I think the ease of use and feedback instantly is the best. The transcription of the calls is very good and I am always improving my call quality with each call.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this is the Zoom Call Transcription. It saves me much time from having to notate after each call. This enables me to review statements and remember promises made during the call. It also is easy to navigate and communicate with the team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not have any dislikes at this time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use it and you will see excellent results with the coaching and training of your team.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong is one of the best and most effective tools I've used. It has multiple use cases which enables me to do my job better.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Recording and transcribing of calls with the ability for my manager to listen to recorded calls and leave feedback and notes at specific times of the call. Great way to sharpen your discovery and overall conversations with prospects or customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing really, it's a great tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend that any sales org consider Gong as a tool to add to their tech stack.

Game-changing software - can't recommend enough!

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong does an incredible job of tracking all the most salient call details (length, time, callers, etc) and highlighting the key moments of each of those calls. The AI has an uncanny ability to identify crucial inflections points and creates notifications for users to follow up on any action items. It truly shines on mobile with robust features and support, I use it almost more on my phone than on my laptop.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is how easy it is to use - I was out of the office when our team went through the initial training and I was still able to learn my way around the software very intuitively with the support of very clear supporting guidelines and recommendations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The layout and userface interface has some inconsistencies from one page to the next. However, the inconvenience is minor and does not impede the full functionality.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Prepare to dedicate a meaningful amount of time to learning all the tools and features afforded by the software. There is a wealth of resources and time saving efficiencies to be gained here, and it is well worth the time to go beyond the surface level features of call tracking.
