What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

The tool is a comprehensive enablement resource with reporting/analytics that can be directly associated with revenue.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The asynchronous call coaching makes enablement more impactful and practical. Also, the deal tracking and AI guidance shows a measurable value in the tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A bit expensive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Unbelievable value for enablement and sales coaching that cannot be achieved without Gong.
