What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

With good basic knowledge for Gong we had the ability to manage our follow-ups, manage deals, track a whole past history with key accounts, as well as collaborate and win with all parties within the company as well as to contact in front of the customer, improving behavior with respect to call behavior statistics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have a lot of reach at the level of connections and customer control through tools such as recordings of all calls to our customers and prospects for our sales team to take care of the situation, adjusting and configuring messages, getting feedback for positive reviews and good company appearance, taking into account preparation for next steps and calls with tracking behavioral statistics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a method to help us as a company and keep an order of files would be to be able to record for future inconveniences (with customers or any type of user) and save it in a cloud and storage of other platforms import it to gong with just one click for less compilations when uploading a file stored elsewhere as well as improving the transcripts for the fact of not being completely accurate with users or words.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With Gong we can say that it is a very suitable program for small and medium companies that need a certain service such as sales organizations or products through calls, it is recommended by the simplicity of tools such as call tracking that acts in terms of knowing where your team is delayed in calls or what blockages occur more frequently and make changes to improve their growth at the level of the subordinate as quality of service.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

Gong has AI powered insights to tell which part went how and the overall scoring of the calls. It shows key areas of actions needed to be focused on from the calls and the action points to note.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is that I can find calls by the titles and send them forward to clients right from those calls. I can send customisable links to clients for them to review. When they access the calls, I would get a notification about that too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I was unable to find some recordings of some of the calls, I think those were mostly due to lack of integration with Zoom or Google.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For constants, Gong is a fantastic product to view the calls and dissect the recordings by performance.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

Gong is amazing in terms of providing call analysis and insights. It provides feedback of the calls and it is very handy to do the reviews of the meetings. Calls can be saved to libraries under different folders for different groups, with customizable access.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy to access recording of calls through Gong. The interface is very easy to find calls by the meeting participant names. I can poly tags and filters to find out cals to review.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing much, but too many e-mails when call recordings become available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend Gong for call recording and review. Gong has Rich features to Coach the team, it provides call transcripts too.
