The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong has amazing capabilities such as automatically labelling parts of a call as "discovery," "pricing," etc to make it easier to navigate call recording. Additionally, the analytics from calls is exceptional.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The insights that Gong delivers after analyzing your calls. It tells us when deals are about to go into "closed lost" so we can track them down and see if there is any more to salvage.
What do you dislike most about this product?
n/a - i actually really love the gong product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I believe that everyone should meet with their customer success rep at Gong to understand all of the features and how to make the most out of it.

The call analytics are a crucial indicator of how the call went. It divides the call into different segments based on the contents so I can jump to the required segment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Call insights, transcribe feature and the ease of ability to share snippets with customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Pricing is higher in comparison to similar tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely the standout product for call coaching and analysis amidst the other alternatives.
