How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

Great Solution

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
There are a lot of products that record your calls. Of course Gong does this, but it's really the call analytics and AI that make a great solution. I love being able to read the audio transcript or rewatch my demos at an increased viewing speed. Gong allows you to search you calls by topics too. I can just click and review the sections of my calls that discuss pricing or features, instead of having to always watch the entire call. I will also watch my calls sped up. It takes a second to get used to, but allows me to review more calls in less time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love being able to watch my colleagues demos. It is a great training tool to see how other people present the same product in different ways. I have increased my product knowledge as well as my sales acumen. You can also leave notes on calls for yourself or others. This have proven to be a helpful. I'll leave both positive and constructive comments. I've learned a lot from listening to other account executives' calls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven't really had many issues. We briefly had a recording issues when a particular user joined calls, but it turned out to be a setting for that user and was quickly resolved. The support team was very responsive and the issue was resolved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great tool. However it really is a solution that you're only going to get out of it what you put into it. I recommend reviewing your calls as well as your teams calls. I typically listen to a call or two in the morning while checking my email.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
GONG is my GoTo product. Key differentiators: reliability, consistency, shareable, actionable, usable, and intuitive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Favorite aspect- GONG allows me to be "present" without the worry of taking notes or missing a word. I can truly focus on understanding my prospect's needs, building relationships, and sharing my company's value. GONG gives users the tools to easily guide the sales process from Intro Calls to Close, Customer Success, and beyond.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have found no flaws, only continual improvements, and enhancements.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
GONG is a must if you are looking for a Gamechanger tool, and the ability to exceed quotas.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I haven’t used other similar products. I’ve only used Gong.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy how much analytics there is to it. Not only can I view my recordings to help me develop my trainings, Gong provides me a breakdown of the topics reviewed. This allows me to keep track of my lessons with clients. Gong also gives me data on conversations with clients. For example if I spoke over them and a lot of great data to help me continue to grow as a trainer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it can be a bit difficult using the transcript of the video because it would pick up different words from what the speaker said.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to spea clear and concise so that the transcript can be clear. It’s a great product that helps you take your skills to the next level. Gong isn’t just a recording software it comes with great analytics, too.
