Ease of integration and cross-team collaboration

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Searching for terms or items mentioned in conversations (cuts down searching through notes, or incomplete notes)

What do you dislike most about this product?

Call transcription is not great. It's a tough area for any tool, but still an issue here

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

be sure not to let gong turn into a big-brother tool, but instead leverage it knowing that the transcription is helpful but not bulletproof
