What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is almost no data in regards to preparing or the initial steps to utilising Google Analytics. The holding-up interaction to get the real information is somewhat late to follow continuously. Minimal specialized help.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
