What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?

Google Analytics - in my opinion- is the O.G. of analytics. This platform is ahead of its competitors and can run laps on them. I believe its analytics are more true to data and can be easily customizable to the user's needs. Additionally, all the data in analytics can be beautifully designed and easy to interpret.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the report builder features as well as the audience segmentation. It does take some work and know-how on the user end to do so, but once you get this down: it's the best!

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's a bit of lack of support on the analytics side. I'm not saying that support is "cold," but it does feel like they are just trying to complete work tickets instead of taking time to know us and know the account. We get way more support and love from our Google Ads support team (probably because we spend waaaay more money there haha).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend doing the Google Analytics training and getting certified on it before using this. A lot of people don't have a clue of how powerful Google Analytics can be and how deep it is with its features and uses. Stay on it, use it, and most of all, KNOW it.

We can easily get the data of the users who are interacting with the website, thus it makes easy to proceed with any decision.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best part is that every detail about our sales site can be monitored. It also validates the performance as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile app can be improved for on the go work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All in all a good application one should rely on it.
