What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Google Chat is so accessible and was already implemented with our team since we all use Gmail, so it has allowed for an easy transition to communicating through the platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is being able to share documents on this platform cause its all on Google related and we use Google Drive for all of our cleints.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I tend to remember previous conversations based on keywords and sometimes it doesn't search efficiently to find the conversation I need.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend integrating it with Gmail and other google platforms that you and your team use!
