Google chat allows us to send and receive messages in real time. Share files quickly and easily, it also improves efficiency

Google chat has room for improvement and a better way to create channels for specific topics

Google chat helped us during these difficulties a lot and especially when we have to connect with the peers globally

Google chat allows us to send and receive messages in real time with any emotions that we can enter and use. We can download and upload images file that can use for business process and more

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use interface and quick way to share the files using Google chat, it provides organization level group creation as well which will be totally private chat about the project. It is excellent chat product provided by Google

What do you dislike most about this product?

Popup messages can be something distracting sometime which need to be disable and szoozed, screen sharing can be better and provides voice quality can be improved

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software makes the team to work easy thanks to many collaboration features and it needs to integrate with other Google products as well

My favorite aspect of Google Chat is the ability to seamlessly connect and collaborate with people from anywhere in the world. The group chat feature is also a great way to keep track of conversations, making it easy to stay connected and up to date with what’s going on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the things I dislike most about Google Chat is that it can be difficult to manage multiple conversations at once. It can be confusing to keep track of who said what, and if you’re trying to keep a group conversation going, it can be difficult to keep everyone on the same page. Additionally, there are limited customization options, and the messages don't have the same features as other messaging platforms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

1. Utilize Google Chat for quick conversations with colleagues or friends. It's great for getting instant feedback or quickly asking a question. 2. Set up notifications so that you are alerted when someone responds to your messages. This way, you won't miss any important updates. 3. Take advantage of keyboard shortcuts to quickly navigate through conversations and search for messages. 4. Use the @Mention feature to call out someone in a conversation and make sure they receive a notification.
