What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

The application is unique from others in that it may be used by virtually anybody. My favorite feature of Google chat is how simple it is to communicate with others. The best part is that we can get to this not just from a computer, but also from our phones.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

quite basic; it serves as our go-to for rapid communication. For instance, while speaking with a client over the phone, they may have a subject that I require clarification on. It's instantaneous, so you can rest assured that your intended recipient has received your message without having to check their inbox or use a separate app.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It seems like the interface is continually being updated, leaving me to attempt to relearn how to use it from scratch. Sure, the changes are usually minor, but having to pause, concentrate, and re-learn how to use the system after each update can be a pain.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The application is free, easy to use, and handy, therefore I'd recommend it to anyone who may benefit from sending or receiving messages or making video calls.
