its easy to use and free of cost which differentiate it from others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

we can use multiple emoji's in chat. Mobile app is really very good. we can also transfer files easily through google chat. we can do audio/video calls easily Integration with other google software's is easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

we cannot document the conversation we are doing. Search result are not very specific sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a very good software for business chats so this is much recommended.
