What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

I have been using it for all this time, and it has seemed like an exceptional tool with which I have managed to carry out better communications, it has allowed me to create Bots and chat with all my potential clients, work team, family and friends, I can implement it with Gmail , and use it from any mobile device and desktop computer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Chat is an excellent tool that allows you to communicate quickly, which you can use to carry out your communications with your team and potential clients, with this platform you can manage all communications and create a better interaction with your entire team through your Gmail account , has excellent integrations such as Google Drive and Google calendar, Google Chat you can use it in a personal and business way, since you can not only communicate with your work team but also with your friends and family, it allows you to create better experiences in communication with everybody.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have really found an excellent communication platform, I have not found anything that I dislike so far, the user interface is very easy to understand and use, Google Chat allows you to differentiate between chats and communication rooms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Without a doubt, I would, Google Chat is excellent for better organization, administration and creating a better workflow in your communications, and it is excellent for remote communications and scheduling all your tasks, always keeping track of each task you you do

Very easy to use and create teams, also starting a Google Meet with a click. Operating smoothly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Super fast and very secure for data protection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

File sharing needs some improvement, such as multiple and convenient sharing of data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommended for daily personal use, but not preferred for huge file transfer.

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Since it's a google made product, it's not only free, it also provides easy access to other Google apps that can make the experience very wholesome. It also provides a balance between a professional tool and a personal instant messenger

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration with the other Google apps, for example you can have on one screen your Chat, Calendar, Tasks and Keeps which is great for productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the way that groups are managed. There is no way to have direct control on who reads messages, notifications are always there, but you have to keep scrolling whenever you are mentioned and it still lacks the customization other apps have.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I don't believe a recommendation is needed, this app is very useful and can be easily used to have communication within a team, company or support group. If your company works with Google apps, then this is the best option to keep internal communication
