What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Google Chat makes work easier by letting teams connect while working in the same areas of Google Suite. Because this program is included with Gmail, it can be used to interact on the computer screen without the need to install any additional applications. It allows teams to complete their tasks in one place. You can keep track of their progress and tasks. You can send and receive text messages in real time using emoticons to show your emotions. For business procedures, you can download and upload an image file.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Google Chat because: Simplify communication. Image files can be used in business processes for downloading and uploading. You can make video calls and use other Google services. During a call, you can share your screen. Send an instant message Conversations, like emails, can only be read by specific people. You can establish a group conversation, follow a project or exchange ideas on specific topics by creating a chat room.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Chat can become slow when sharing large files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Google Chat allows you to have organized chats with one or more people from any mobile device. It allows you to send attachments from your hard drive and from Google Drive.

Facilitates the exchange of information, Chat simplifies that. Write a quick message, get an equally short reply or maybe just an emoji, and get on with your work. There is nothing complicated or time consuming, It will save time and hopefully lead to productive discussions,

What do you dislike most about this product?

Conversations made in a chat can be stored, conversation that could be used against us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

No more searching for a team member's email address; everyone is just a touch away, even from your phone.

Shared files in chat can contain viruses, Long hours only using one type of chat can lead to lack of social skills
