What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

It is already integrated in all the Google products, this makes it very easy to implement on any business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If you are an avid user of Google products, it makes sense that you use it as it works very well with the fellow Google products such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It needs more refinement in order to be used as a "business" tool. It needs better integration with "third-party" products and so much more business-oriented features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It works great and all your info will be in one place (Google), though, if you are thinking about implementing it for business, there are better options with much better features, such as Slack.

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Google Chat is a communication software available on both laptops and portable devices. Google Chat is easy to use and its user-friendly interface makes it acceptable to all kinds of consumers. Your single touch can convey your message to your team and it's easy to build a strong connection between the parties. The sharing of information in the form of audio, video, and documents format is secure to transmit.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user has the right to create a team for mutual collaboration and the host gets necessary information like how many members are online and their actual location of existence. Customer support is available 24/7 and responds quickly and resolves your problem accordingly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only drawback customer faces are leggy calls and limitation and restriction on the specific message sent on google chat.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A super-fast and easy to access communication software available in the market. Google Chat could be used through a Gmail account if you are insecure to share your credential information online.

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

You need not to rely on any other additional software for chat and document sharing. Those who have a Gmail account can access this easily. It is embedded with Gmail. So one can use Google Chat for document sharing, chatting, group chatting, task scheduling, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite aspect is that it gives the document and file sharing option. So you need not to open another software for document or file-sharing purposes. Also, you can make groups for group chatting which also helps in creating different threads under a group chat. These are some of my favourite aspect of Google Chat.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI is very simple and doesn't look good. It needs to be improved more.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly Recommended to use this software which saves your extra time and can easily help for group chats, and for file or document sharing purposes.
