The chat has features to add documents on the go. One can create a space or group for few members to which a specific information needs to be given.

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

It offers an easy-to-use interface. Fast and portable connections you can use from the phone, tab, etc. It is undoubtedly the fastest way to share files like pdf, jpg, videos, etc. Low bandwidth is required for its efficient working. It supports multi-platform integration and integrates well with Google's productivity tools. The audio/video quality is excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We use Google Chat in our daily lives to talk about personal and professional issues. It's a quick way to connect with someone outside of Google email. It is also good to share attachments like pdf, jpg, video, etc. Comes with a wide range of Google applications like Gmail, drive, meet, etc. There is also a chat feature that is useful for instant communication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A popup message can sometimes be disruptive while performing a task. Sometimes when a message fails, I can't find it because of an app or the internet. Also, there is a limit to the characters you can post which is an annoying feature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While driving clients and saving time using the knowledge base tool, it is very easy to send a message directly to another user or advertise in a room I think Google Chat is well suited for this. All in all, it is a great tool you can work with and it is free. RECOMMENDED!

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

The good thing about Google Chat is that is integrated with Gmail and you don't need extra software or apps for team communication.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a clean design.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The worst part is that the video chat feature is only available for Mobiles and not for desktops.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Is great for use if your team uses Gmail and Google services.
