What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

It is the easiest way to connect with your coworkers, an app of instant messaging to keep your employees informed and connected. In addition to this, you can share the work files and documents. You can integrate with Google products with no effort. It gives you the feature to share the screen.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Project owners find this software very affordable and resourceful which is best. Communication is very effective through this as it is an easy way to connect. In Google chat, it is easy to deploy and execute.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The quality of the video is not good enough, features of this application are hidden which makes the user interface a bit cluttered. The choice of theme background is not good enough as it is more outdated they need to do something with theme ideas. Screen sharing quality can be improved for better communication.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It should work on the theme ideas to make the application more updated. In addition to this, they need to work on the quality of the screen quality. Moreover, they should focus on the user interface and make it user-friendly. Moreover, give easy access to the options.

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Googles chats has the special feature of Read Receipts which shows whether the other user has seen the message or not and vice versa. This chat software is easy to use and create different new channels and it notifies when someone is typing. The interface is user friendly and keeps all the conversations save. It is accessible in Android, iOS and Web.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The function of this software is basic “Text communication” and sharing information, it is flexible and easily accessible, it can be used for the quick responds and messages for any problem occurred within the moment. Its pop up layout allows the app to minimize and yet be online at the moment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The recording option is lacking in the app. Google chats has a complex text formatting feature. Requires every group member’s chat feature to be “ON” to start the group chat which is a flaw of the Google Chats. This App limits the numbers of characters to be sent. It does not allow the users to control machine of each other while screen sharing. As it is a chat software it does not offer the conferences due to the limited number of participants. The document attachment feature is complicated. The visual call keeps lagging and the search engine is a bit complicated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This chat software is most preferable for the small businesses and small group meetings as it does not operate on a large scale. The coworkers can get started with it to discuss and share the confidential matters.
