What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Google Chat is a great communication tool for team members. It enables the communication between two or more team members in a real-time mode working on the same project. It is used for day-to-day communications, sharing screens, files, and presentations among the team members. It is a highly secured and reliable communication tool by Google.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1) Nice user interface. 2) Easy to use: both in desktop and mobile app. 3) Easily integrated with other applications. 4) Excellent customer support. 5) Excellent community base. 6) Good audio and video quality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1) Addition of channels just like in other similar platforms. 2) Addition of emojis and avatars. 3) Issues in sharing large data files. 4) Hang issues during the calls.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I definitely recommend this communication solution for prospective buyers.

Its a good product for collaboration with teamates - its free and i think in many cases superior to Skype and similar tools

Its free and super easy to learn to use and navigate

I dislike the parent company and their data practices - but that is not product specific

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Google Chat is a great Chat service for any organization because it integrates well with other google product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Google Chat is very easy to use. Google Chat can be access from any device and it also sync across all your devices. I like using the mobile app mostly because whenever someone messages me, I can see the popup notification, I can easily able to answer all the messages using the mobile application and simply able to do quick meetings as well, the mobile application is responsive and while sharing screen, I can resize the mobile screen as well, which is much need feature for me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing about Google Chat that I dislike

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend google chat as its a great messaging tool that is accessible on all devices and with google chat you are able to access other google services such as Meets, Drive and Mail
