What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Google chats helps users to deliver and receive messages in real time and to use emoticons which are of a great help for anyone to express their emotions/feelings. Image files can be downloaded and uploaded. Formatting messages is fun. The screen can also be shared during a call. Calls can be immediately made to reach out to other users. It is free software with mobile and desktop compatibility.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy for the clients to gather information related to business. Questions can be easily asked in the chat room. Relationships can be built easily with comrades. Customizable features are good to play with and are a good means to express their moods.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Notifications can be annoying at times when one is doing their own work. The no-stop convos can sometimes catch your interest and can distract you from your actual task. The user-interface needs to be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Chats deliver value for the price which users pay. It saves plenty of time by timely scheduling video and audio calls. Documents or text messages can be easily searched, in short, everything can be stored in a single place with Google Chats.

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Online communication within the office or work has been made so much easier with this platform. Our office officially uses Google chat for professional communication. We can not only chat here with each other, video and audio calling as well as screen sharing makes everything much easier for us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When it comes to chatting with a group or a person, this is the best. It can also easily integrate with other Google platforms. It provides quality video and audio calls. The awesome feature is that we can share files and download them with ease without opening another window on the computer. You can use it on mobile as well as desktops, it is free of cost and you can send emoji if you want!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Creation of separate rooms and channels can be tricky for beginners. I am an old Google user so it was not a big deal for me but some of my colleagues had a hard time learning it. Also, It is only suitable for you if you are a small firm with 40 to 50 employees.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly, highly recommended! It’s fast, easy and user-friendly. Although you might need to learn a thing or two but it's fine. The quality is good, communication is smooth and works well for the right purpose. Conversation is light and friendly with emoticons. If you are a small firm what could be better than a good communication platform that is free of cost?
