What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Automatic integration with Google Drive and other Google tools . In the case of Google Drive, I am able to conveniently share saved content from Google Drive, during the course of chat conversations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Basically , Google Chat works with any device I use. It is not dependent on downloading software or using a specific operating system powered device.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Chat solves a basic need for my organization, by providing us with a way to communicate without relying on emails. I dislike nothing about the experience so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I doubt there are better formal chatting applications, created for professional workspaces better than Google Chat. However, Google chat is restricted to just gmail users and that is a drawback.

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

It's integrated within my main email source! No need to leave the page to chat.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How nostalgic it makes me feel. I loved AIM back in the day and google chat is something fun to use while I'm going through emails and need to get in touch with a friend.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have much dislike for G chat right now. It's pretty straight forward!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd say enjoy it. Use it and have a little fun throughout your workday as you're working on a few emails or are hanging out in GMail!

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Intuitive and easy to access , primarily because it is browser based.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a full fledged chatting application and browser based too. No complexities, I can simply send and receive messages without any circumvention.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Beyond sending and receiving messages, it is difficult not to reason that I should be able to do more with this software. Perhaps, they can borrow a leaf from Slack.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ideal for on the go communication between teams. No extra expectations really.
