Google Chat is very powerful in sending instant text messages to colleagues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to learn how it works and setup. I am able to send text messages to my colleagues in my organization and team members from remote areas. It enables us to collaborate effectively when working on a project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It works effectively and I have not experienced any performance challenge.
