What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Its is popular, easy to implement, no training required and it has features which is enough for easy collaborations as well as it can be used in mobile and browser. Besides that the easy to connect in video calls over Google Meet makes it a good to use tool. Every other chat tools have their own video conferencing platform and in business you can't ask everyone to download your preferable tool as everyone uses Google.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Firstly its easy to use, it can be used in mobile and web browser both. And its instant connect over voice and video call feature is good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to dislike about it, but as it lacks in some features like replies in threads and polls may be pointers to dislike it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a must to use tool for teams, easy collaboration go grab it.
