What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

This tooll is easier to use and it is easier to integrate to Google products where other similar tools cannot.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use tool and support different devices like android, browser tool etc.. Like up well with Google contacts to send message to them with ease. Super fantastic replies and notifications

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is difficult to integrate with non google products

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use Google chat for all of your collaborating and chatting and you will enjoy
