What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Google Chat is right up there with Microsoft Teams with its effective ways to deliver meetings with internal and external partners.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use and ways delivery your message for important meetings and a quick question when a timely response is needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support has been reliable but sometimes I wonder if some of the staff were recently hired and not as knowledgeable as I would like them to be.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to compete with your competition, in delivering cutting edge healthcare technology effectively and timely,, Google Chat does not disappoint.

Its not so different, the features are same,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its good for cross platform use as it is web based. But there is no software version of it. However you can use the chrome app.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The notification customization is limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its kind of a OK product. Not too good but not bad. If you are using google suite then only go for it.
