Seamless Google Workspace integration, it works smoothly with Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar and Google Docs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a clean and user-friendly interface focused on messaging rather than complex features

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not ideal for external guests compared to Slack guest access, inviting external partners can be complicated when using Google Chat

Best use if your organisation already using Google Workspace for email, docs and storage

It is well embeded in Google ecosystem, seamlessly works in android and web. Notification in all devices keeps us informed

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

we can create spaces to chat with multiple people at once. Also a new space or group chat can be created directly from the mail chain, similar to old skype. It saves a lot of time

What do you dislike most about this product?

no app for desktop , this is a major down vote in this app

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you use google mail, calendar for your day to day operations. Then it make sense to use google chat as it works seamlessly with google ecosystem. You can look for slack incase you want a fresh look and feel chat app
