Sometimes the video call may be laggy. And also while texting there is a character limitation which is annoying.

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Google chat functions better for basic communication and not for enterprise purposes, allows groups message, video and audio calling, it freely integrates with Google workspace and high upgraded and allows additional of new features for communication enhancements. Google chat is Straightforward and needs less requirements of setting up to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Chat allows you to access Google workspace features like Google Drive, Google Docs making files sharing amongst the team or individual easy and it also allows attachments during messaging.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Chat is not used by most individuals like Whatsapp and therefore it can mostly be implemented within the organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You don't have to download and install Google chat Application and it can be directly accessed via web application which is fast in loading and displaying all features. Google chat is cost-effective.
