What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Its Deep Integration with Google Workspace and Simplicity and Familiarity

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Google Chat is its seamless integration with Google Workspace, especially how naturally it works alongside Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Meet.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest drawback of Google Chat, in my view, is its limited feature depth compared to competitors like Slack or Microsoft Teams, especially for power users or large organizations with complex communication needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want Simplicity Over Customization and reduce or eliminate extra licensing costs compared to Slack or Teams.
