What differentiates Google Cloud Search from other similar products?

It is helpful for companies and employees to search and retrieving information such as internal documentation, database fields, internal sources of companies and CRM data. It has various components including search interface, repositories, schema, data source, content connector, search application, identity connector and many more. It is providing a highly secured search for your enterprises. It is also providing varieties of storage solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It facilitates employees in finding corporate policies, documents and other information regarding employees. Teams that are providing customer’s services can get benefits from it by finding relevant information for sending customers. It is only allowing to access and search the content to the user which is allowed to access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is lacking management services. It may be expensive as it is subscription-based. If you compare its SDK API’s with amazon S3 they are not stable. It is providing complex pricing module.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is helpful for sales representative teams in viewing statuses of issues that are related to customers. It has integration with G Suite and various helpful third-party apps.

What differentiates Google Cloud Search from other similar products?

Google cloud search is amazing tool to search across multiple google platforms including gmail, drive, photos, contacts, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google cloud search is a fast, integrated tool by which we can search on multiple platforms of Google. It has many benefits for businesses and its users

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google shows advertisements based on on our data, hence our data can be accessed by Google

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say start with the free trial version and if you find it comfortable then choose the paid plan.

What differentiates Google Cloud Search from other similar products?

Google Cloud search artificial intelligence (Ai) capability is a standout point for me, as it helps me with search suggestions and automated reminders, around task and activity I need to get done, during the course of my work day.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how Google cloud search connects smoothly with Google search engine, thereby supporting me with third party content , when needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing. I have only started using this tool a while ago and for me, it’s been a time saver.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For users of Workspace, Google Cloud search is a no-brainer. It simply acts as an important work aid.
