What differentiates Google Cloud from other similar products?
Recognizes content, collaborators and important events, using features such as quick access and ML-based search enhancements to connect each user to files that may require attention, provides input to files directly from your processor, without impacting your entire disk space. Spend less time waiting for files to sync and more time being productive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Business and Enterprise editions of Google Workspace give customers flexible options to meet their storage needs. To see which plan works best for your business, easy cross-platform access and access through the app, web UI and links, easy accessibility through the Gmail app and Google Drive on Android mobiles. Very good for Google Forms as output and forms are stored in G drive by default.
What do you dislike most about this product?
File sharing security could be better, file size upload limit sometimes creates issues where more data needs to be shared, upload and download speed sometimes infuriating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Can now provide collaboration in line with the Microsoft Office suite of products. A flexible pricing point where subscribers only pay for the accounts and storage they use will appeal to startups and SMBs. AI-powered intelligent search and organizational functionality. Provides seamless control over data with easy migration and a host of privacy and compliance tools. Storage can be adjusted according to the size of the enterprise. Has the option to access files from anywhere.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It provides flexible tools with which you can achieve agility, interoperability, customization options and the ability to work seamlessly at scale, across different enterprises, applications, devices and locations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
File size upload limit sometimes creates issues where more data needs to be shared. Access control could be more intuitive, especially when adding new files to an already shared folder.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They optimize their time more easily when they use apps that help them prioritize, focus on work and do their daily tasks more efficiently, as our way of working changes, companies need to make sure all their employees can stay in touch, create and collaborate, it is an effective file sharing tool and cost-effective storage space. Perfect for file sharing, storing files in the cloud for backup and collaboration purposes between different users, even if the users are geographically far away.
