The ease of use and implementation. This is so difficult with other platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The availability of help when it is required.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much, but if I had to select one I wish they would add new features more often.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your research. Look at the cost vs. benefit to your company. Make sure this is the right product for you.
