What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google Cloud Drive really offers a clean and seamless integration with all other Google Workspace tools, with this any work is facilitated since it is not necessary to go to third-party applications to achieve specific and professional work, as a collaborative tool is ideal because it encourages teamwork and each of the partners can see the progress and editions in real time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I personally highlight the possibility of playing multimedia files with specific extensions, just the implementation of an extension is enough to solve the problem in moments, all this focused on our daily tasks was a tremendous help because it avoided the installation of additional applications, additionally with the implementation of OCR technology to digitize the documents sent by our customers was really easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The unfavorable point that I note and that personally is our Achilles heel is the handling of versions in very large files, especially in Google Sheets spreadsheets, when trying to retrieve an old version the tool simply shows error, in that aspect there is room for improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a business collaboration tool Google Cloud Drive is simply great, it simplifies the daily tasks as employees make their progress in real time and this is reflected in the shared documents, plus it does not limit them to be connected from computers but from any device with Internet connection, in terms of saving time and money is seen in the short term.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Of course there are many companies or similar platforms that offer chieftain the same plans but in many cases they are not to be trusted because they could sell our information behind our backs and this is something that differentiates Google Cloud Drive Enterprise because it is very transparent and very reliable so far. I have done very well with it, on the other hand, with other similar platforms, it has had errors and complaints with support, which do not give me a solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If I had to define it in a single word, I would say that it is excellent because it allows us to store files, images, videos, and many other things, such as documents for our work, our studies, we can also access these files through the internet from anywhere in the world regardless of date or date. only with a stable connection to it we can download this file and store them on our device to use it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Something that I do not like that its design is very simple and nothing updated could improve a lot more, the amount of storage in very little but the platform is very stable and fast which makes up for the space. It is also very easy to store and share this link with friends, colleagues or colleagues immediately without expecting anything, just by sending a message through a social network or copying and pasting as every platform has its advantages and disadvantages but there are more bad good than bad

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Many times we want to store files for a long time but when storing it physically either on a USB, a CD or a smart device, we run the risk of losing this information over time and it is something that does not happen with the Google Cloud Drive Enterprise because it is stored on its servers which are very stable and very secure, thus having a greater possibility of accessing these files in time and with the ease and accessibility that one requires at the most appropriate time rather than storing it in a physical we will not be able to have so I recommend its use
