What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

It has all it products in the same place for example Google meet, doc, sheet, gmail, keep, form etc It is more cost effective Collaboration is easy

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is cheap, easy to use and understand plus all it's products are together e.g docs, sheets, calendar e.t.c. I love the real time collaboration where different users can work on a document depending on the permissions set. I can use across multiple devices which makes my work life much easier as I can easily start off from where I stopped irrespective of the device I am on. That's a real flex for me as I am able to work on the move and I am also able to edit offline.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I can think of

I highly recommend it; go for it

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

The real-time editing in Docs and Sheets is what sets it apart from competitors like Dropbox, where you still have to download files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Version history. Being able to see every change made and revert to a previous version is a game-changer, especially when multiple teams are working on the same document

What do you dislike most about this product?

The folder organization can get chaotic. If someone shares a document but doesn’t move it into a structured folder, it gets lost in the ‘Shared with Me’ abyss

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Set up a clear folder structure from day one. Trust me, it’ll save you a lot of headaches. Also, don’t assume everyone on your team understands sharing permissions—double-check them, especially when dealing with external stakeholders
