What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google Drive's audit trail is unique. It answers questions like "Who did what, where, and when?" in a manner that the administrator and the tracker can understand all user activity and their consequences.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I was happy that I could be able to share some important audit logs for a file that was altered by unfamiliar access with the organization's Google Cloud. The audit trail evidence provided important information on who altered the file and hence becoming my favorite aspect of Google Meet.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the 15GB basic storage for non-subscribers because of evolving needs to have files in cloud.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Unsubscribe from newsletters and promotion emails that usually send photos because these will reduce your Google Drive's (basic) storage.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google drive seamless integration, search capacity and real time integration are one of the things that made it stand out for us. Google drive is also integrated into Google workspace like Gmail, Google doc, spreadsheet and this is particularly advantageous for us compared to other workspace like Dropbox and Microsoft OneDrive which is less integrated

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seamless and real time Integration with Google workspaces such as doc, sheet is one of our favorite parts. The AI search and intuitive sharing control makes makes file management effortless

What do you dislike most about this product?

The greatest drawback is that the folder structure can be disorganized especially in large files with multiple users Managing access permissions at scale can also be a big challenge

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure you establish clear file organization policies and access control from the start to prevent clusters and security issues.
