Google Drive is assisting my organization in recording all files, which makes it ideal for sorting. It is used throughout my organization. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most enjoyable option that makes it cool is the file sharing features. Another application for this software is project management. All records can be perfectly designed for the software's useful features. The collaboration of the files and records makes it even better. Overall, I think it's ideal for use in an organization. It aids in the perfect design of the record by using diagrams and flowcharts. It saves time to describe your product. The product is completely secure. What do you dislike most about this product?

Storage capacity can be increased. A refresh option can be added to avoid receiving junk or spam. It is possible that blocking features will be added. Advanced File Search, I personally find it difficult to search for files with specific extensions within my Google Drive drive because the interface is not very clear and the search options are limited, making this work tedious. The number of cells in applications such as Google Sheets is extremely small, limiting the amount of information that can be saved; as a result, the tool focuses on small files. this point is confusing, so I would like the interface to be clearer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For more than 4 years, our organization has used Google Drive to solve a variety of problems. The collaborative environment enables dependencies and all of their members to save, edit, and share information in real-time, thereby optimizing the work of these areas. Google Drive has an excellent interface, it is easy to use and implement, its cost and integration with pre-existing tools is excellent, its functionality and efficiency, as well as its good support and security among others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Drive greatly simplifies and streamlines the work of our IT department. It is an excellent application for backing up and organizing papers, communicating and sharing files with our work team in real-time; I can invite a specific user or set up custom URLs to share my files. As an IT manager, I handle numerous confidential files that cannot be stored on a local machine for fear of being stolen or modified, and drive has allowed us to store them all , and keep them safe and close at hand, which is vital to us and our operation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I don't like is the process for copying and moving entire folders, in the web application as it is a bit complicated and cumbersome, unlike the desktop application, which is more pleasant to perform these basic activities, in addition to the Drive permissions for shared drives as they are very rigid, which I believe should be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Drive is a really valuable tool, and I recommend it to anyone willing to use a cloud storage solution that works smoothly almost 100% of the time - it's great for backing up, documenting, and organizing work on a large scale, collaborating on work, and keeping your information secure.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

It is a great storage solution instead of a USB drive or external drive, both of which can become damaged and stop working over time, resulting in the permanent loss of your valuable files, but this will not happen to you if you use Google Drive because it uses cloud storage directly on Google's servers. You no longer need to send emails with attachments to your personnel in order for them to inspect and change the file (and have to receive it again). Simply choose the document or folder and customize it so that you may not only read it but also edit it, view real-time changes, communicate with others, and leave comments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Images, stories, drawings, sketches, recordings, videos, text files, presentations, spreadsheets, and other material may all be kept safely. It gives you 15 gigabytes of free storage and lets you organize folders and subfolders for better file organization. It may be accessed from any Internet-connected device anywhere in the world. It is extremely useful in the field of collaborative and remote work to be able to view your files when on the road, in a vehicle, at work, in a boardroom, or in any other location where you do not have access to a computer and may connect using your mobile phone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The desktop version is unprotected, and anybody with access to the computer may view files in the Drive directory.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Cloud Drive Enterprise allows you to install relatively easy document, spreadsheet, survey, drawing, and presentation apps, allowing you to work from anywhere and track your progress. You may make changes while not connected to the Internet, and when you rejoin, Drive will sync and save your changes immediately.
