What makes Google Cloud Drive Enterprise an exceptional application is how it supports great features that make it easy and simple to manage important business and personal files. It is one of the easiest and fastest tool since it allows you to share files safely and securely in the cloud.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Google Cloud Drive Enterprise because it allows me to easily manage my files with ease from anywhere anytime across the world. It is a cloud based software which makes it a brilliant tool for file management. The security provided by Google Cloud Drive Enterprise is high thus making it a very secure and reliable solution for managing files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since i started using Google Cloud Drive Enterprise, i have never encountered any challenge. It is an excellent and outstanding product for file management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes i highly recommend Google Cloud Drive Enterprise for file management.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

I think the ease of use and very fast servers. I used to use Backblaze and specially being in Brazil, it was very slow. Also, it was not a full sync drive, as Google Drive is. Just a backup option.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it syncs with my coworkers. Everything I do gets immediately uploaded to the cloud and other people can have access to it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That I can't sync my external hard drive. Google says they can't be totally confident it will sync correctly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just look at the other offers in the market, but Google is very reliable and fast. It just updated its Google Drive app (used to be Backup and Sync before), it made a big difference being able to just select the files you want on your desktop and the others just stay as a mirror there, but are on the cloud, so it doesn't occupy much space on your computer. So, it's getting better by the day.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google Cloud Drive Enterprise not only offers us a file hosting tool, it offers us many additional features without requiring external applications or plugins, thanks to the fact that it allows us to add collaborators, dependencies and all its members can save, edit and share information in real time, which allows us to optimize processes and therefore saves us a lot of time. Its integration with Gmail and G Suite makes the management and administration of the tool more practical and useful, in addition to providing several security tools at enterprise level, which is very important because we handle a lot of data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Cloud Drive Enterprise has advanced data backup and synchronization, file collaboration and productivity features. It can be used as document management software. It has compatibility for different file types, including some discontinued. Most importantly, it allows accessibility from any device with an Internet connection from anywhere in the world.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The storage is not only for Google Cloud Drive Enterprise but for all applications included in GSuite. Also that the document control, which in default mode may seem too permissive. The advanced file search does not allow to search for files with specific extensions plus the search options are limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Tools that provide security and aid in process optimization are required in any firm. For me, Google Cloud Drive Enterprise satisfies this requirement, as well as providing additional benefits at a reduced cost because it does not necessitate huge hardware expenditures or substantial installations.
