The sound quality for Teams is good, and if you have problems with the desktop, you can switch to your mobile device right away (if you have installed the app). Teams not only provides a magnificent overview of the papers exchanged in the various Chats and Gurppen teams, but it also makes it very clear for those working in separate groups - a lovely division and a great way to thank colleagues in the departments! You can quickly build and share a survey using forms. Teams integrates with a variety of other tools and apps, such as Sharepoint, which is ideal for remote collaboration. I'm excited for new features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Thanks to the integration with Sharepoint, shared documents may be found easily. The search tool allows for a rapid search of historical data. Appointments can be made promptly with the help of teams and external partners. Thanks to teams that communicate by chat and/or phone, you can avoid sending long e-mails. Collaboration in multi-location teams can be extremely clearly mapped. We have project teams with sub-channels that may discuss all important issues in chat, with archiving and documentation all in one location. Tasks can also be managed on a dashboard for smaller teams. . Other Microsoft apps, such as Outlook, can also be integrated.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In comparison to Google, Microsoft is unfortunately not real-time. Changes made by colleagues have not always been saved, and the settings have had to be repeated in the worst-case scenario. In addition, the organization is rather complicated, with private and group chats in one window and teams with sub-channels in another, and there are various places where a message could get lost. Notifications for large groups cannot be totally disabled. If the entire channel is linked, you have no chance. Google and Slack are considerably more familiar to you. Third-party involvement is quite challenging. The sub-interface is confusing to me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is possible to visualize collaboration in multi-location teams in great detail. Google meet inbuild calendar feature makes it unique. Also, we can invite people directly from Google calendar. Also, in business plan you can do cloud search within the G Suite Organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Noise cancellation is very amazing. Also, the real time caption is so accurate. It's very good and help us to understand the accent and make more worldwide clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such. I had some delay in Google meet while accessing it from Firefox browser. It works well only with google chrome browser.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go for the Google meet. Google meet integrates with other Google products easily and they simply create an awesome working experience in the organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like, and I think it would be quite useful, to be able to share the screen without losing eye contact with the participants; this is an aspect that should be improved, since sharing the screen prevents seeing the other participants; on the other hand, Zoom offers a floating window that allows you to see the reactions of the audience while sharing the screen; I think google should take this option into account.

Google Meet is a wonderful tool to communicate with your company's team in an effective and quality way; easy to use, it is worth using.
