What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the standout aspects of Google Vault is its seamless integration with Google Workspace. This integration makes it incredibly efficient for organizations that are already using Gmail, Google Drive, and other Workspace services. Vault’s ability to automatically retain, search, and export data across all these apps without the need for complex third-party integrations is a major advantage. It simplifies compliance and legal processes, especially for e-discovery, making it easy to ensure data governance without disrupting daily workflows

What do you dislike most about this product?

A potential drawback of Google Vault is that it only works within the Google Workspace ecosystem. While this integration is a strength for Workspace users, it can be limiting for organizations that use multiple platforms or services outside of Google. Vault doesn’t support data from external systems, meaning companies that use non-Google tools for email, storage or communication may need a separate e-discovery or archiving solution to cover those systems. Additionally, the search functionality, though robust, can feel somewhat limited in terms of advanced filters and more complex queries compared to some dedicated third-party e-discovery tool

It has user-friendly interface that is simple to use and navigate across all the features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Vault has powerful archiving capabilities that enables me to preserve customer emails and documents for future reference. It has advanced search tab that enhances quick check of relevant information from saved datasets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I experienced few downtimes for the first time on extensive functionalities before I fully familiarized with its operation capabilities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the most appropriate tool for data orchestration and file safe storage. It has reliable 24/7 customer support team.
