Amazing data retention and eDiscovery tool for Google Workspace that helps you manage your information governance by allowing you to retain, hold, search, and export your Google Workspace data such as Gmail messages, Drive files, and other data from Google services in your Google Workspace suite.

What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?

All the suite is automatically integrated, if you use Google workspace you only need to plug and play your ecosystem, with other vendor you will require extra configuration

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy I can implement rules for data consistency. It is very flexible to create rules that apply to specific deprtments of the comapnys, or go super granular and do it per users

What do you dislike most about this product?

Is a little bit expensive, I think is bringing a lot of value to our company, however the price is kind of high

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use Google Workspace and you need a solution to audit, retain and find company data easily, this product is really worth it

Long Term Data Retention The software should have fault tolerant abilities in order to recover from minor data corruptions. Depends largely on the media (such as tapes)
