With the features to import the contacts and also messaging option.

Both texting and calling are available with easy portability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Earlier, it was free but it charges a nominal fee.

What differentiates Google Voice from other similar products?

Google voice allows me to create a separate phone line for business that I can link to my personal mobile phone. I can send or receive calls and messages on my personal number and my google voice number from one device.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite part about Google voice is that i can reachout to the different candidates that i am looking for hiring needs in an easy way via call or message without using my own personal number.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In the field of recruitment, the candidates share the google voice number and mist of the time, they were unreachable during interview schedule time or joining time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google voice is very simple and straight forward tool. It's very useful that it's free and easy to setup.

What differentiates Google Voice from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams did not allow SMS from phones which is why we kept Voice.

Straightforward and easy to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

Does not seem to evolve as a product. Lack of new features.

Setup a free number and test to see if features suit your needs.
