What differentiates Google Voice from other similar products?
It has helped us to reduce spam and unsolicited calls as well as allowing us to do better call tracking and measurement than other similar products would have provided.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Allowed for accurate caller identification. Great with verbal communication. Has easy to use interface. Great with Exceptional call forwarding. Easy to configure with Google Voice.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It should make it easier to purchase international calls.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Google voice has made it easier to make calls and receive calls, give it a try!

Like Google Chat, super simple and easy to use which is better in the right circumstances.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity, everything is super intuitive!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don’t rely on it as a main form of communication, if I did I feel like I wouldn’t appreciate the look of the software as much.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Wouldn’t recommend for high call volume establishments.
