What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
GoToMeeting is so easy to use and a non-technical user can launch the video conference room without any problem.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It looks professionals and easy to manage either for video calls or video conference. It also can record the video call session for future reference and they compressed the video size, so not many space are used to store the recorded videos.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My experience using mobile apps for video call is so bad, the connection is keep interrupted and keep restarting the apps.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great product and very easy, novice user can running this software easily without too much learning curve.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
GoToMeeting is a really impressive platform for any type of device, this platform consistently helps distant communication, saving all kinds of costs of long distance communication with any colleague or customer. One of the things that makes its difference compared to other platforms is that it offers excellent resolution and excellent video quality for mobile devices, currently very few video conferencing platforms provide this to the user from their mobile device. The image resolution is perfect and enables a better collaborative work experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the things I like the most about GoToMeeting is that it provides me with an excellent interface which helps me to have a perfect interaction with the people who are communicating with me, offering me a great chat system, which is capable of allowing me to send and receive all kinds of images, documents or files in just a few seconds, in addition, in the same section of the chat, I can make internal configurations of the video conference that is being carried out, such as adding, removing participants, pausing the video conference or blocking someone from it. Its accessibility to all the features is perfect.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the things that I don't like at all about GoToMeeting is that this platform does not allow me to start a video conference until the person accepts the invitation, which is not to my liking, I would like to be able to start this video conference very much before, so you can organize all the details and fully configure the video conference, before the guests enter. In addition, GoToMeeting does not allow people to join my video conference using an access code, currently it only allows them to join it through an invitation link, which can be shared via email or some other social media means.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Despite the limitations it has when someone wants to join our video conferences, I still consider that GoToMeeting is an excellent platform due to the great capacity it has to communicate to people with excellent video quality and perfect resolution image, which completely helps to have a great collaboration system. In addition, GoToMeeting is completely accessible, setting up a video conference is very simple, since all the options are in one place, and this saves time and allows no confusion in the settings. GoToMeeting without a doubt is a perfect video conferencing system for any company, fully trained.
